Fish Korma

Have some fish at hand? Why not try out fish Korma?!

Let's start with the ingredients:
fish
tomato
onions
chili
elaichi
cinnamon
bay leaf
turmeric
cumin seeds
methi 
garam masala





Marinate the fish with turmeric,garam masala , pepper, lemon juice and ginger-galic paste.




Deep fry the fish



 Remove when it takes a golden brown colour and set aside.



Put some oil place bay leaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon





When it turns aromatic, add the onions.  When the onion softens ,add ginger garlic.


Then add the tomatoes and all the dry spices- turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala



Dip  in the fried fish pieces in the gravy and mix.

Garnish with chopped coriander and it's ready to serve.
